Dear Parents:

The Adaptive P.E. Class will be going to Lions Pool starting Thursday March 19 for their P.E. Class. I have attached a permission slip for this event, because this will be an on going event the permission slip is filled out so that when you sign the form you will be giving your child permission to attend all of the swimming days and will not be required to sign additional forms for these events.

I have also enclosed a permission slip for Special Olympics. If you would like your child to participate in this event please fill out the form and have a doctor’s signature. (If your child has participated in Special Olympics in the last year than you do not need to fill out the forms, they will be included if you wish.)
